Getting started
Click the Picfolio icon in your toolbar on any page with pictures — the overlay opens paused on the first image; press Play (or the space bar) to start. Press ? at any time for the full keyboard map. To play a folder from your own computer, open the Save menu's Open folder… or click the toolbar icon on a new tab.
Common questions
Nothing happens when I click the icon. Chrome doesn't let extensions run on its own pages (the New Tab page, chrome:// pages, the Web Store) — on those, Picfolio opens its Welcome page instead. On a normal website, try reloading the page once after installing.
Some images didn't appear. Picfolio finds lazy-loaded images, backgrounds and galleries as they load — scroll the page a little and new images join the show automatically. A few sites draw images in ways no extension can reach; if you find one, tell us and we'll look.
Where did my saved images go? Into Downloads/Picfolio/ by default, or the folder you chose in the save dialog.
Is my library backed up? Your library lives in your browser. Settings ▸ Library ▸ Back up the Library… writes everything to one file; Restore from a backup… merges it back — nothing is overwritten, name clashes arrive as copies.
What does the trial include? Everything Picfolio Pro does — saving slideshows, contact sheets, moodboards and scrapbooks, printing and PDF, and web-page exports — free for 14 days. The clock starts only when you first save something you've made, and everything you save during the trial stays yours afterwards.
How do I move Picfolio Pro to a new computer? Back up your Library, restore it on the new machine, and enter your licence key there. If you've hit your device limit, deactivate on the old machine first (Settings ▸ Your plan ▸ Deactivate on this device).
